Blue kit, technical description:

The Blue kit is a variable system comprising 65 building blocks.

Each element has a different shape and size, but all fit into a predefined geometric system. This allows each component to be fitted together and rebuilt in countless variations by changing their relationship to each other. The elements can be categorised into starting, middle and end elements. These can be divided into two main parts, abstract and meaningful forms.

Abstract forms can start, connect or close parts of a composition, defining its spatial character. Legible forms such as portraits or limbs break up the geometry and give the complex system an anthropomorphic character, which emerges into the physical space in different forms with each installation.
